PHASE & CYCLE examines the changing impact the menstrual cycle and moon phases have on the emotional and physical body. A series of daily observations accessed through intuitive embodiment practices are filmed in preparation for daily pieces on paper. The speculative data collected from these momentary states of being, which may or may not be driven by outside and internal forces, are logged in the Lab Report.
